Involved in Event concept, creation, marketing, management and full festival village creation and execution of the inaugural year at Dallas Cotton Bowl and State Fairgrounds. Secured marketing, sponsorship, streaming and audio simulcast partners and tied in PBS deal. Resulted in 63 M impressions in press and media coverage and one of the most successful DVD releases in Warner Brothers history at 9 times “platinum” sales status and counting. Grew T-Mobile relationship into Title sponsorship deal for Crossroads 2010 event, after initially securing a product endorsement deal for Eric Clapton with television and print campaign for T-Mobile’s limited edition Fender phone…a first for Mr. Clapton. In addition to Title sponsor, created and executed Festival Village at Chicago’s Toyota Park, securing full underwriting by sponsor/participants, with non-stop attendance of Legends Guitar Collection and merchandise sellout. Secured and executed American Express VIP program that entailed creation and organization of assets; Artist & Sponsor Welcome Reception at House of Blues the night prior (incl. Crossroads Guitar Festival 2013 Secured Event’s Title Sponsorship with substantial hospitality and experiential opportunities; pre and post concert events including corporate headquarters display and acoustic performances, parties, Artist meet and greets, viewing areas, etc. Also handled Festival coordination and execution at NYC Madison Square Garden. Concept, creation and execution of Fender Showcase night, Artist Welcome Reception, Guitar Exhibition area, etc.… building a weeklong experiential program.
